These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of goods and services from Rose Furniture Outlet ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, purchasing in-store, or ordering over the phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Delivery & Service Commitment
Quickest Delivery: We are committed to providing exceptional service and aim to process and deliver your furniture as quickly as possible.
Delivery Dates: Timeframes provided are estimated targets to ensure fast service. While we make every effort to meet these targets, we are not liable for unexpected delays outside our direct control.
Property Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchased furniture can safely pass through doorways, hallways, and stairwells into the designated space.
Exchanges and Open-Box Policy
Two-Week Exchange Window: We are happy to offer an exchange on products within two (2) weeks of the original purchase date, provided you present proof of purchase.
Opened Box Policy (No Refunds): Due to the nature of our business as an outlet, we cannot issue refunds once the original packaging or box has been opened.
Condition for Exchange: Any item returned for exchange must remain unopened in its original, sealed box and packaging. Return transport or bringing the item back to the outlet is the responsibility of the customer.
Manufacturer Warranty & Repairs
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and major manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.
Ongoing Courtesy Repairs: Beyond or outside the standard coverage, we pride ourselves on excellent customer care and are happy to assist with repairing minor faults at any time where feasible.
Product Characteristics & Outlet Condition
Natural Variations: Materials such as wood, grain, leather, and fabrics naturally vary in tone and texture. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.
Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon receipt or collection and report any immediate physical damage prior to opening or assembly.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim regarding an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.
